TMI - you've been warned!

It's the week before my period and I'm not seeing the results I'm wanting for the week. Is this because of PMS? Oh, man. I'm so confused.

And frustrated.

I was reading a post from a blogger I follow and she seemed to have been in the same boat, so I hope that's what it is, not that I'm just not doing enough. I really don't want to have to start counting calories :/

The only thing keeping me going is thinking about why I started in the first place. Let's hope it gets me through this.
