Ho-lee shit guys. I'm hurtin' today! Bob's boot camp was DEFINITELY a great workout! Don't feel anything in my arms, but that will change once I get some weights. So excited!
I've recently read a post about rewarding yourself for reaching certain goals. After thinking about it, I thought maybe I should give it a whirl. Only thing is, I have no idea what kinds of rewards I should do. I don't even have little goals set. My only goal so far is to be healthy. Well, and not weigh myself everyday, but I don't have any weight goals. Maybe I could plan rewards for non weight goals? Hmmm. It sure is something to consider.
