My folks left for Texas today. It's going to be hard not seeing them for over a month. Also, my husband is sick, and I'm not feeling too well today. I skipped my workout. Didn't even make excuses, just didn't feel like doing it. So I'll get in some yoga before bed tonight. It's relaxing, and relaxation and meditation is what I'm needing today.
I also need a big dose of will power. Today is just not my day and I'm afraid I might not be able to pull through it without binging. Maybe I should plan on going to bed earlier. At least if I'm sleeping I won't think about sabotaging all the hard work I've put in this week.
What helps you guys push through when you feel like your willpower is cracking?
