Bob Harper Boot Camp


A while back I got Bob Harper's Biggest Loser Boot Camp dvd. It's been sitting, unused, on my dvd shelf right next to the tube. I was looking for something that I knew would be a good workout this morning, so I popped it in. Let me just say, it burns so good! My heart was pumping like mad before the workout even began!

Unfortunately I don't have any weights so I had to do the workout sans today, but hopefully this weekend that will change. I'm sure I can get a set at Wally World for a decent price. Maybe even in pink? :)

I've printed off some blank calendars for keeping track of things like my workouts and weight and how many days I go without binging or junk food. Much better than trying to search through countless apps on my phone. This way I can just open my binder and Bam! I'm right where I need to be to log my stats.

From now on my nights will be cut short. I'll be going to bed early so I can start waking up at 6 every morning. Should be okay. Maybe a little boring in the mornings, but once school starts I'll be studying and won't have time to be bored!

I've got a migraine from cutting back on my caffeine so I'm going to cut this short. I hope you all had a beautiful Wednesday!!!
