the new year

I still keep forgetting that tomorrow is New Year's Eve. It's crazy how fast the year has gone, and I'm sure 2013 will go just as quickly. We are supposed to get (possibly) up to 4 inches of snow tomorrow, it's nice, but would have been nicer if it had come to us on Christmas. Maybe next year? I won't keep my hopes up.

I got one of my books in the mail yesterday, In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan. So far, I love it. It currently is exactly how I'm trying to change my way of eating. Little to no red meat, mostly veggies and LOTS of water. Other things, but mostly those three. That's just me though, everyone is different; different things work for some but not for others. That's just how things are. I'm not far into the book, but think it's going to be a great read.

For a while now I've been on the fence about whether or not to have a resolutions list. I can't decide if I should or not, or if I do, what kinds of things I should put on there. Maybe I'll scour the inter webs for ideas from other people's lists.
